At Oregon Yurtworks we have a diverse portfolio of existing Model Designs with complete architectural and engineering details. Our models reflect our decades of experience consulting with hundreds of clients from all walks of life and with a wide variety of design needs.

From small simple studios to eleaborate multi-level tandem homes, our Model Designs have been developed with numerous options to meet your individual needs and budget.

  The Applegate Series
With its traditional, open floor plans the Applegate Series offers a comfortable lay-out that is perfect for single or family centered living. Starting with small studios and up through four bedroom homes this is one of our most versatile designs.

  The Columbia Series
The Columbia Series are two story designs that work well on hillside lots and can be placed to take the best advantage of available views. The floor plans have a great separation of space with the living area upstairs and the bedrooms on the lower level.

  The Deschutes Series
The Deschutes Series are living centered homes designed to capture the best views with windows and wrap-around decks. With exposed beams and tongue and groove ceiling paneling these designs work well in either urban or rural environments

  The Klamath Series
The Klamath Series offers an expansive two story design with wings, providing ample space for entertaining and family. The wing configuration of this design ensures a maximum amount of privacy, without losing the sense of warmth that characterize our homes.

  The McKenzie Series
The McKenzie Series elicits the charming appeal of a cottage you might find by a lake or river in the countryside. This unique design maximizes every inch of its useable space, and opens onto wrap-around decks to take advantage of the outdoors and enjoy the evenings. A great country cabin or vacation home that's affordable.

  The Santiam Series
The Santiam Series is a blanced, one story tandem home that effectively divides the living and sleeping areas, ensuring solitude, privacy and livability for those who desire it.

  The Siuslaw Series
Delightfully proportioned and superbly symmetrical, the Siuslaw Series offers a great separation of space and the possibility of a sun-room or library space opening onto a beautiful deck. The upstairs Master Suite is intended to capture the best views and offers ample closet space.

  The Umpqua Series
The appeal of the Umpqua Series stems from its unique design; its vaulted ceiling creates space for a loft area that opens into the living area below, giving the Umpqua a more accessible and fluid feel.
